Customer service quality is dependent on implementing an integrated Customer Service environment, where the customer finds information, tools and support that supports his or her daily activities.

The customer is busily engaged in something I call the Customer Activity Cycle - if we understand the Customer's service requirements and respect those requirements in our business to business environment, we will end up with more satisfied customers, who will happily avail of our services to meet their own requirements.
